What should I do if I have an emergency?
In the event of an emergency please immediately call 911 or go to the emergency room for further evaluation.
Does Triangle Mental Health accept insurance?
Yes. We accept BCBS, Cigna, Aetna, United Healthcare, TriCare, Humana Medicare, and Medicare. Reference our insurance page or call for further assistance.
What should I expect during my telemedicine appointment?
On the day of your telemedicine appointment you will be emailed a link to join your appointment online. Our staff are always available to assist you at 919-450-8058 if you need extra assistance.
Where can I access my medical records?

What is your no-show / late-cancellation policy?
We implement a fixed charge for all missed appointments or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time. Depending on the duration of the intended session, fees for no-shows and last-minute cancellations range from $50 to $150.
Is telemedicine secure?
Telemedicine is HIPAA compliant and provides a safe and secure way for you to connect with your provider online.
